How to start and stop account-related text messages from ECS.
ECS can send you account-related text messages, such as payment reminders and notifications. Enrolment is handled entirely through your phone, so your consent is recorded by the messaging system itself.
To stop receiving messages
Text STOP to 937-265-5192, or reply STOP to any message we send you.
You will receive a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

What to expect
- Approximately 6–7 messages per month, varying by account activity
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan
- Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, Sprint, Alaska Wireless and Telna, and other US carriers
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
- If your handset does not support MMS, MMS messages may arrive as SMS
